1944
Ohio Hydraulics Founded
Ohio Hydraulics Founded in 1944

Originally established in a garage on Hamilton Avenue in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, Ohio Hydraulics began with a focus on hydraulic hose and fittings, serving the local industrial community.

1966
New Ownership

John Davis, owner of Industrial Tech on Joseph Street in Mt. Healthy, purchased Ohio Hydraulics and retained the name, continuing to grow its reputation for dependable service.

1968-1969
Relocation to Sharonville
Moving Location Note

The company moved from Mt. Healthy to its current facility on East Sharon Road, where it continues to operate today.

1971
Incorporated
Key Card

Ohio Hydraulics became an officially incorporated business, strengthening its structure for future growth.

1974-1975
Second Generation Leadership

John Davis retired, passing the company to his children, who carried the legacy forward starting in 1975.

1976
First Facility Expansion

The first addition to the Sharonville building was completed to accommodate growing demand.

1985
Office Built

A second building was added to hold the office and ultimately free up space for the hose department.

2005
Major Expansion: Machine Shop & Cylinder Repair

A third building addition was completed, becoming the home of the company’s modern machine shop and cylinder repair department.

Third & Fourth Generations, Same Values

Now led by the third and fourth generations of the extended Davis family, Ohio Hydraulics continues to offer expert hydraulic solutions, with a legacy of craftsmanship, service, and integrity that spans over 80 years.
